What now in our changing world?

Just when we thought we could start returning to a more normal way of living, in June we were faced with the second wave of the Covid-19 crisis. Our North Melbourne church is located very close to the biggest outbreak in Victoria. The decision to close the office until further notice was made, with Administration being done remotely, until Stage 3 restrictions were lifted.

Unfortunately, instead of restrictions being lifted, they were increased to Stage 4 until at least mid-September 2020.

What this means for our members and supporters is that both North Melbourne & Ringwood East will remain closed until at least the end of September 2020 for all services, workshops and readings.

We will continue to offer online services via Zoom, but we can not longer provide these at no cost, as we have incurred considerable costs with no income from mid March. This looks like continuing throughout the rest of 2020. Current financial members will be able to access the services free of charge, for non-members there will be a small charge of $5 per service to help us cover costs. We encourage members who have not yet renewed to do so, and also encourage new members to come and support us.

We will continue to offer absent healing, online medium readings & workshops until we can return to normal. Undoubtedly, we will be facing permanent changes in the way the VSU delivers all of its services to the public, and we will be doing what is necessary to ensure the safety of our workers, volunteers and members.

The office is still open for enquiries Tuesday to Thursday between 10am and 3pm for any questions you may have.
