Trance Sitting Experience

Participants will hear from an experienced trance and physical medium, with time to ask questions, discuss common misconceptions, and gain a clearer understanding of trance, altered states and the nature of sitting for Spirit.

There will also be an opportunity to sit quietly and experience something of the atmosphere of trance work — observing the subtle changes that may occur as the sitter becomes still, receptive and more deeply attuned to the influence of Spirit.

This is not a formal trance development class, but an opportunity to experience, understand and explore. It may help those who are curious about trance decide whether they would like to pursue sitting more regularly, while offering existing sitters further inspiration to deepen their understanding of this longstanding Spiritualist discipline.

Trance development classes will be commencing shortly, and this evening will be a good introduction for potential students.
